Delta Beta Tau

Delta Beta Tau has a set of bylaws for the Registered Student Organization (RSO) at San Diego State University (SDSU). These meet the requirements for SDSU's Student Life & Leadership which governs all student organizations at SDSU. 

Delta Beta Tau also has a set of bylaws which govern the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. These meet the requirements as a California Religious Non-Profit Organization. Per Section 3.3, these bylaws reference the RSO bylaws as listed below:

Section 3.3 - College and University Bylaws

The Corporation may enter into separate additional bylaws required by institutions of higher education with which the Corporation may become affiliated (“Colleges and Universities”) as long as such bylaws do not conflict with these Bylaws. Such additional Bylaws may provide for the election of local officers at such Colleges and Universities.
